Dear David,
If you would like to help you sister
be released from federal prison, it
is very important that you read,
understand, and believe the truth
of what I am about to tell you.
I am not a government agent, and
those people who lied to her,
whoever they may be, are now suspected
of obstruction of justice. The legal
strategy which I developed for her
was sound, powerful, innovative, and
very threatening to the United States.
They certainly had a motive to scuttle
it, and I now have very good reasons
to believe that they succeeded in
doing just that, in part by convincing
Sheila that I was deceiving her, when
I was not, thus giving her a reason
to refuse any payment of my invoices,
now significantly past due.
So, I need to know where Sheila is,
and I need to know who lied to her,
if she would be willing to tell me.
If she will not help, then I will not
be able to help her, because the loss
of her chosen Counsel is a major deprivation
of the fundamental Right to effective
assistance of Counsel, under the Sixth
Amendment in the U.S. Constitution.
The last thing I heard about her case
was that the Ninth Circuit had docketed
her Notice and Demand for Temporary
Assignment of a Judge from the Court
of International Trade. This was a
very significant event, which coincided
precisely in time with her decision to
jettison me as her Counsel, most likely
because of things which she was being
told by Mr. Herb Crawford and other
accomplices of his.
I can understand, and sympathize with,
your decision to pursue different interests
in your life. I hope you will appreciate
that I have been very severely damaged
myself by these vicious lies which are
circulating, to the effect that I am some
kind of deep cover government agent.
I now must expressly reserve my fundamental
Rights in this matter, and assert them
in the manner, and at the times and
places, of my own choosing. I do not have
any plans, or intentions, to violate any of
your Rights, but you must understand that you
are now a material witness to felony conduct
by a federal judge and his many accomplices.
The Right to effective assistance of Counsel
is a fundamental Right, and any deprivation
of fundamental Rights is a felony in violation
of Title 18, United States Code, Section 242.
Please read this statute for yourself, so that
you will appreciate the breadth of its scope.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter,
David. I wish you and Annamaria all the best
which life has to offer. Some lessons can
only come the hard way, but they are important
and well worth the pain that comes with them,
as long as we remember, and never ever forget,
those lessons.
