Dale,

Climb in the saddle and let's ride.
The bean counters will be waiting
for us at the end of the trail.
Can you stay in the saddle, come what may?
These guys are fierce bronco bulls,
but I like those odds.

and read "The Kick-Back Racket" for
the underbelly of the jury challenge.
We want to subpoena President Clinton
and interrogate him about probable
kick-backs from the indictments against
Ray who, by the way, heard about these
kick-backs for the first time last evening.

"Mr. Clinton, do you mean to tell me that
you are the Commander-in-Chief and leader
of Major General Looker here,

Yes: 4 cases, 2 pleadings each,
total of 8 pleadings, written at
the request of the prisoner,
with instructions to Express Mail
to his court-appointed attorney,
who received same on Saturday,
but decided he would not deliver
them because they were "frivolous".
Client and I are now preparing an
affidavit of probable cause for
eight (8) counts of obstruction of
justice, and 8 counts of deprivation
of fundamental Rights (1st and 6th
amendments), in violation of 18 USC
242, and conspiracy to do all the
above (8 counts). Remember, instead
of one docket number, this client
has 3, we think because White House
gets $35,000 per indictment ($140,000
in these 4 cases).

I am not expecting you to.
I would like you to begin
on the Mike Kemp case, as
soon as Mike can get us a
case abstract. If you want
to begin reading the jury
challenge in a real-time
situation, however, you should
begin with the 8 pleadings
which Mr. Herndon refused
to deliver to the Northern
Regional Jail in Moundsville,
West Virginia, even though
he received them last Saturday,
and could easily have delivered
them to my client, Ray Looker,
any time on Sunday or Monday
morning. Ray had to appear
at the arraignment today, with
no effective assistance of Counsel.
I can round out the summary of
Ray's situation with a fax copy
of Herndon's letter refusing to
deliver the pleadings, if you
like. Can you receive a fax
computer-to-computer?

 Should, you consider the time

Of course! See above.

And in the same vein with the same qualification, I respectfully
>request that you copy me with past correspondence - please.

I would have to scan the indictments,
and email them in .BMP bit-mapped format.
Can you use Windows PAINTBRUSH to read
and print bit-mapped graphic files?

This is not a test case, so much as
a full blown confrontation with the
federal government, in its war to
demolish the lawful militias around
the country. Major General Looker
is their own "test case," if you will.
Looker has seen the strategy, thru
the good graces of his Pastor, Butch Paugh,
and we are go 100% with the whole
strategy. That is why Herndon's behavior
is so offensive, if not a criminal
deprivation of Ray's fundamental Rights
to due process, petition clause, and
effective assistance of Counsel.
Herndon called my arguments "frivolous"
and then AFTER that admitted that he had
not read the pleadings. Go figure!
