This morning, trusted colleagues brought to my attention the Texas corporation

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC.

with effective SOS Registration Date of 10/2/2024.

The United States ex rel. hereby requires that you take mandatory notice,

and give full faith and credit under the Full Faith and Credit Clause,

to produce any positive identification of the improper Party

criminal court pleadings, the United States ex rel. hereby

DEMANDs that your office terminate immediately the entity

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC.

Kindly reply with written confirmation that you have

satisfied said DEMAND no later than 5:00 PM on Friday,
