Many thanks, Mr.
Wilborn:
I honestly do miss
having regular access to the USCS:
it was always a
professional joy of mine to experience
such a complicated
and important publication
executed with such
fidelity and precision.
Before I retired
in 2018, one of our most intense and
dedicated efforts
involved locating American court decisions
which held that we
either have one (1) class of citizenship,
or two (2) classes
of citizenship. That effort
culminated
in the following
list of pertinent authorities:
That one USCS
abstract under 42 USCS 1983 is further proof of
two classes, not
one class, particularly where it uses
the word "standing".
A similar abstract also uses
the words "class
legislation"!
In our litigation
counsel, we often contrasted Section 1983
with 42 U.S.C.
1985. In Gillespie v. Civiletti, the Ninth Circuit
explained that
1985 implements the Thirteenth Amendment banning
slavery and
involuntary servitude. As such, 1985
is thereby
made Federal
NATIONAL law, not Federal MUNICIPAL law --
particularly after
Congress extended the entire U.S. Constitution
Accordingly, the population of federal citizens who
now
inhabit the 50
States are, strictly speaking, an
absolute
legislative democracy
that is domiciled in D.C.
On the merits, we
have argued for many years that
class
discrimination against State Citizens
in voter
eligibility laws in all 50 States also
necessarily
resulted in invalidating the entire

Thank you for your interest

Who is Protected; Standing -- n 853. Generally
We were never able to
afford the entire U.S. Code Service ("USCS")
(too many volumes, too
bulky, and just too darn expensive).
The issue below arose
recently, when Jovan Pulitzer
cited 42 U.S.C. 1983 in
Patrick Byrne's documentary
We have now written to
Patrick and Jovan
to introduce them to the class
discrimination
that exists in voter
eligibility laws
that BAR State Citizens
from voting.
[The "democracy"
in America is now precisely identified
as the population of
federal citizens who inhabit the 50 States
who are "subject
to" the municipal jurisdiction of Congress.]
This next email message
transcribed the key excerpt many years ago:
"Rights under 42 USCS § 1983 are for citizens of United States and not of state." at 42 USCS § 1983, B. Who is Protected; Standing -- n 853. Generally
The case cited under that "standing"
heading
The page we need from the
U.S. Code Service ("USCS")
will resemble the following
page from the Federal Reporter;
note well the phrase
"class legislation" i.e.
federal citizens are a "second class"
of Americans,
the primary or "first
class" being State Citizens:
Thank you, in advance, for
any assistance you can provide.
