Dan, there is a case that is in the 5th circuit
that the court has given the U.S. Attorneys two
extentions to file its response. The U.S. Attorney
knows it cannot respond to the jurisdictional
challenge. That is why we must be ever vigilant to
stand and not be distracted with all the (excuse
the expression) pariot bigfoot theories. It all
hinges on jurisdiction plain and simple. All the
other arguments are moot and tend to devide us.
Lets keep pounding jurisdiction and nothing else.
