Just like to butt in for a second here. Title 4 USC, Section 72 (to be found just before the "Buck Act" at Sections 101-115) is sort of juicy when it comes to heaping coals of fire on their heads.
4 USC 72 says, "All offices attached to the seat of government shall be exercised in the District of Columbia, and not elsewhere, unless otherwise expressly provided by law."
Now fellas, I really do like to adverise that bit of "code" law. As a general rule, "codes" written under constitutional authority are found in the early parts of either USC or Cal Codes, so those parts of them big ol' books are often worth reading. Of course there are exceptions, but....
We also find it amazing at the number of "Bigfoot Chasers" (or is it alien abductees this week?) that tout their knowledge of the effects of the "Buck Act," and tout the need for everyone to read the law for himself, yet are unaware of this little section which appears just before the "Buck Act."
The Sections of 4 USC, in sequence, are: 72, 73, 100, 101, ...., so 72 tends to pop right up there and hit one in the face. Of course, We've spent a lifetime listening to preachers quote scripture out of contxt too, so nothing really changes except the interpretation (color) someone wants to put on something.
Hope we've offered something useful here. We have used it BEFORE going to court with great success. It has kept us out of those foreign jurisdiction houses of ill repute and away from the black-robed whore[s] of Babylon.
You guessed it. We're Right Wing, extremist, religious wacko, Freeman synpathizing, conspiracy nut, Common Law, weirdos that [correctly] believe our citizenship is in the heavens and our loyalty is to YaHWeH and we can't serve two masters.
Out of breath - see ya.
