: : This Mitchell guy seems to be a complete loser. I think the best course of action would be for everyone to request that any further correspondence from him be via registered mail rather than email. Has anyone sent email to abuse@yahoo.com yet?
: : By the way, PAUL, how would YOU like everyone you've harrassed to send you 10 copies of everything you've sent them?

: I've contacted yahoo multiple times, but so far they've not acted to cancel his account. I've been tempted to setup an autoresponder to forward back 100 copied of every mail he sends me and send yet another copy to abuse@yahoo.com. I've laughed at his idea that email is a legally accepted form of communication. Self pronounced legal experts...sheesh.

Another take on this might be that this Mitchell character is not the author of the email at all. It's quite possible that he's not even a lawyer. Maybe he's just some loser who doesn't like the book, and because of this, he wants to harass all the loyal fans of the text in question. Perhaps a polite letter to the publishing company may be in order.
