: In Ohio there is a publication about court procedure. In the book all traffic violations are labeled as RULES.

: There is a Guy in Cleveland (J. Smith) with no drivers lic. He recieves tickets all the time.
: Goes to court with a buddy (crazy Rick Schram)
: Now remember the ticket states "appear" date/time.
: Mr. smith appears w/ Mr. Schram and they never ID
: themselves. After they appaer they disappear out side and sign Affidavit. Then Mr. Schram walks back inside to record them w/ the clerk (time stamp).

: The rest in history because Mr. Smith refuses to give JURISDICATION to them.
