In the book all traffic violations are labeled as RULES. : : There is a Guy in Cleveland (J. Smith) with no drivers lic. He recieves tickets all the time. : : Goes to court with a buddy (crazy Rick Schram) : : Now remember the ticket states "appear" date/time. : : Mr. smith appears w/ Mr. Schram and they never ID : : themselves. After they appaer they disappear out side and sign Affidavit.
