Is it your contention that the statutorily created (see US CODE) occupying foreign alien enemy corporation known by the nom de guerre (name of war) UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is operating under the "We the PEOPLE" constitution?

It sure is (not to me) strange that both sides quote (the constitution for the United States.)
Are you IRS AGENTS on commission trying drum up a little work and $$$$$ commission?
