One can agree or disagree with Dan's conclusions in law, but the depth and breadth of his research, his meticulous attention to detail, and the relevance of the related materials is astounding. Unfortunately as far as I know, he is currently in what can only be called a "Patriot re-education center". How Orwellian! Many of his essays are available below.
