After 1861 the constitution could not be lawfully ratified.
Can't you understand this?
Have you any thought on lawful vs. legal?

Great political power depends on the perception of this constitution being lawful. This must extend further than just perception.

These judges are sworn to uphold and protect the constitution but not abide by a strict interpretation of it.

You might call it a big political power game.

The judges like the intent of the constitution but not to the extent of dismantling today's legal or monetary system.

I would not be responsible for getting any in trouble or prison by preaching that the Constitution is the supreme law of the land.
Maybe this forum should be renamed Constitutional Blackmail. This is the position that the judges are in when pressed with constitutional issues.
Also Executive Orders are constitutional in the context of roman based law.
Things are not as simple as the Supremacy Clause.
The collection of income tax is very important to the stability of FRNs as you would know if you would follow IMF and Russian Ruble topics.

Would you like to take your FRNs in a wheel barrow to buy a loaf of bread?

Would you like for FRNs to be declared illegal or unlawful in a real court of law tomorrow?

I hope you have plenty of survival gear + weapons to fend off the masses.

RE:If what you are saying is true, then go to the link below and read the opinion, the only conclusion would be that massive fraud has been perpetrated, for why rule this way if martial law is in place. There is no NEED.

They understand the power of masses of angry people. They are not stupid! They can't make it law again. They can only codify portions of it.
There many more reasons and I would suggest that you start investigating this reasons.

Will FRNs withstand a court challenge in a court of law say pre-1861?

Have you ever heard of human nature?

Do you believe that everything is cut and dried?
The founding fathers were Masons. They make long range plans for the future. This Constitution is their baby so to speak. They believe in its intent, much of which is most likely not what you were taught or would accept as truth.
