If you mean dating systems:
Religious institutions are recognized and protected under the US law of war (Lieber Code).
One must stay out of commerce and follow Ones own religous law including grammar and dating system or sham any Lawful religious (Christian, English version) standing.
The law of war is a branch of the law of nations which Congress was given the power to define and punish offenses against at Art 1, Section 8 of "We the People".
This affidavit-notice will never fly!
I was just pointing out why a judge will immediately trash-can, 'circular file' such a affidavit-notice and issue a warrant if need be.
Also One does not qoute the law of His or Her enemy or Her or Her Lawful standing is a sham!
(Enemy being strickly a legal term.)
