I am unsure that standard rules (or legal interpretations) apply when it comes to an affidavit. The affidavit is of YOUR creation and means what YOU meant. Intent. There is no question if you respond (by trickery, etc) to summons or notices issued to legal fictions, you are deemed to be their agent. I wonder if there is a method to "cancel" your agent status?
