Hello everyone I am new to this site. At the risk of sounding nieve
I would like to post a couple of simple questions.
1)Has anyone explored the relationship of State taxation to Federal taxation? As I have
heard the State taxes are based on a federal premice, such that they
would be invalid as well???
2) In California I have lost nearly all my rights as an individual
with regards to the enforcement of child support..I am discovering
some similarities to the tax policies in the collection of child
support...Has anyone heard of any info on this subject??
3)I was an employer at one time in California. The Federal and State
Tax Criminals have sought to destroy me. Has anyone had any success
with 940 and 941 trust fund tax litigation??
I have developed some information which may be of use which I will
post soon . I am looking forward to any and all coorespondence.
