i have heard that in pennsylvania there will be a new law that says that anyone who was born in the year 1984 or later wont get their lisence untill they are 18? i suppose i dont really care cause i am born in 1983, but now 1/2 my freinds in my class wont drive which means i will be a cheaffure (howver that word is spelled) i dont know if its true, ive been looking for a copy of the most reacently discussed votes or bills or whatever & i have found nothing! HELP
