: : Could anyone help me find any information on what kind of punishment
: : is given to a President who fails to support and defend the constitution
: : of the United States of America. What agency/department monitors
: : or determines whether or not the President is really supporting and
: : defending the constitution? Thanks.

: Good morning, Art.

: No such information, punishment, agency, or department exists, my friend.

: Of course, "impeachment" petitions/information-gathering/proceedings against bill clintion have been underway for....oh, several years now, I guess.

: But watching even the *best*-intentioned army of bureaucrats impeaching another bureaucrat is probably not unlike watching a bunch of drunks with boxing gloves stuff a piggy-bank full of marshmellows. In slow-motion.

: Wish I knew something a little more encouraging to share with you.

: Resources such as this forum are one of the best REAL tools at our disposal. Clinton and the rest are only symptoms. "Effects". The cause is the lack of knowledge amongst We the People.

the leading case today regarding holding of federal officials liable for their actions arises out of a 1st amendment case of the last decade
you won't hear about it in the press and the underground has also been silent about its potential because it has not been filed yet
nevertheless, the pieces can be put together if you want to see how it really works at the url which follows
if it works, it changes the relationship of the citizen to the public servant
regards
ps the rest of the stuff you've been discussing is off point
