Aren't those terms and conditions the
license to carry both passengers and goods for
hire in a mechanical contraption particularily
also licensed to that effect?
What about those instances when no commercial
activity is present, such as travelling for ones
own pleasure?
Is a man allowed to till the soil with a steel
implement (product of commercial enterprise) in
your world, or does this constitute implicit
acceptance of the State, since they chartered the
corporation, whose logo and named is stamped into
the shovel? Doesn't this also show up on your silent
acceptance of equitable benefits, delivered via the
State, through its corporation to forever harness
those that do not carry on as hunter-gatherers, and
wish to avail themselves of the toolmaking capacity
of current times. Your logic is thought provoking.
