Shane,

Sue out the unlawful conversion of the
MSO, then transfer your case to a court
with original jurisdiction over quiet title
actions. The correct common law action
is to quiet title to your automobile.
The conversion of the original MSO
is not justified under the Tenth Amendment.
Therefore, the State obtained an unlawful
"interest" in your automobile when they
converted it into their possession. This is
variously discussed at length elsewhere
in this forum.

for "manufacturer certificate of origin"
and/or "manufacturer statement of origin".
