In an earlier post I proved that Gross Income for an Individual citizen of the United States had to come from within a possession of the U.S. or by employment with the Fed. Gov't. If one searches the Federal Register to see what Treasury Orderss have been published giving the IRS authority to administer the code one will find that the only T.O.s relate to the possessions. None have been published as regards to citizens within the states of the union. Just another piece of the puzzle to prove where the gross income has to come from and that the IRS has delegated authority to administer the code only against Individual who have gross income within that delegated area only.
