Hi Gene, You can find some good information in the book "How to Cook A Vulture"...The IRS is the vulture for the "Federal" Banks. If you would look at the 26 CFR 1.301.7514-1 you will find the seals for the IRS. The one that is on the seal for Las Vegas,Nevada is the one that is on the paper work for the collection of "Income Tax"...So who owns Las Vegas? They have told you who they are by the seal...The Seal of the IRS can not be affixed to material to be published in the Federal Register. See (1) . I wish you the best .
