The refusal is a quasi demand for "Bill of
Particulars" which is served privately to
the prosecutor. It is a non-judicial pre-plea
process. The refusal may be followed with
criminal charges for perjury of oath of office
if ignored. Anyone know how to effectively do
bring the charges against the prosecutor for
due process violations etc?
