: I'M INTERESTED IN HOW TO TERMINATE A TRUST, IN PARTICULAR:
: THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE
: SOCIAL SECURITY
: DRIVER'S LICENSE
: IRS 1040

: NOTE: I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT RESCISION, REVOCATION ETC. . .
: I NEED INFO ON EFFECTIVELY TERMINATING THESE ITEMS HELD AS
: PART OF THE 'PUBLIC TRUST'

K.B.,
We're no smarter or more knowledgeable than anyone else who may make suggestions, but we do have a couple of thoughts on the matter for your consideration.
Firstly: Cease to exist under the identity registered to the State. This is not a frivoulous thought, unless you are convinced that paper ID is essential to your existence. We believe that a free and independent Man may exist under any identity he uses openly and notoriously.
Secondly: Stop using all covenature documentation and evidences, including not less than your SSAN, Driver's License, Name (registered with the state and the Department of Commerce under International Treaty), etc., etc.
Thirdly: If the IRS, working for the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, P.R. Trust #62, has no record of your existence, how can they hassle you?
Fourthly: Guess that means establishing a new postal identity for the receiving of posted bills for any utilities you may use or contracts you may enter into.
Your biggest problems may come when trying to work with the phone company, gas and electric company, and Municipal water utilities. These babies are huge problem children, incorrigible and all that.
The bottom line is: When any trust is completely de-funded, ie. has no corpus, it ceases to exist in law. The biggest problem is that your body and soul are considered Real Property, so the trust is perpetually funded for so long as you live, unless a separate trust is established.
If you choose to fund a different trust with the corpus of the existing one, we have the only suggestion we can think of, fund your Heavenly trust: Read the Holy Bible, New Covenant, Philippians 3:20 and look up the Lexical reference to the word "Conversation" there. It is a mistranslation of the word which really means "citizenship." Now, before getting into that avenue, we suggest a read of Isaiah 58 which, even though appears to be on fasting, really goes to the subject matter of doing the right thing(s) for the wrong reasons.
If you are not Christian, or have problems with our last comment, then the entire issue of what we have offered is completely moot and unavailable to you.
Sincerely,
one called Bill - for Common Right Group and Melchisidek Ministries.
