If one is not liable for federal IRS imcome taxes, how is it that the
California FTB can assess you a state tax that they some how say you
owe. Does the FTB have more pull than the IRS??? How do you handle an
agency that NEVER responds to correspondence? Also does anyone know
where to get the proper documents to give to an employer which covers
issues like: SSN, In liew of a 1040 form, and also informing the
employer rights when dealing with the IRS. An employment package that
covers these issues would be helpful. Also where can you go
on the web to find it !!!
