: I think you will find that the Martial Rule brought about by Lincoln and the incorporation of the Federal Government because of it as well as the STATES thereto is why your comment is correct. Check out the Christian Jural Sociery and you might see why certain events are happening and why the States and the Feds and the courts do what they want without a second thought.

The incorporation has an incorporator. The articles of incorporation may
launch en entity in perpetuity or not. The resulting corporation is under
'full' control of the incorporator/board of directors or their assigns.

I think you may find in the case of Washington, that the state of Washington
may be the incorporator of the State of Washington. Thus the chain of rule is,
God the lawgiver to the sovereign people to the state of Washington to the State
of Washington to the STATE OF WASHINGTON.
