Note the difference between State courts and l(L)ocal courts.

Read all the rules under local courts.

Invoke your venue, by magic incantation of appropriate number
of sprinkles of lizard tails and frog brains.

Reading these materials, with careful attention to their own references
to "State", "constitution", "Washington Supreme Court" should allow People
to take notice.

The catch 22 is. The Washington Supreme Court will not be in session until
the state is admitted into the union of the several states by Act of Congress.
Are there any "real" judges?
