Hey folks, how about organizing a Common-law Convention. Much like the Continental Congress, of a free people, representing their particular organizations, vote on members to represent each State. The convention would debate the following:
The Common-law, what it is, the rules of Common-law, and HOW TO USE IT.
Establish the heirarchy (or supremacy)of the different laws. (Constitution, Statutes, Common-law etc).
Establish Common-law penalties for offenses against the Common-law by Citizens, the State, and the National government.
Any ideas yea or nea or comments, please post.
