Was the loan contracted for by a (sic) person, or by a Social Security Number? The bank uses the SSAN to report interest payments, short sales on forgiven debt, etc. to the IRS. However, as the property is located "within the State," it seems the state is the ultimate owner and you are an incidental user under a deed of trust or [use] grant deed. Your labor don't mean nothin' to those who would calim you as chattel (citizen) of the State, where the State can chattel you present and future labor for its interests and unlawful debts, which you agreed to. Check for an outfit on the web called "none" - National Organization for Non Enumeration. They have good material on the SSA and SSAN. It seems that number is more for the purpose of welfare enumeration in the federal zone than anything else.
By the way, most (sic) "loans" have a little problem. We tried to assist someone in understanding a "notice of Default" they had gotten. the "notice" mentioned thier "debt as evidenced by your promisory note." Duh. Are we missing something here? We sort of had the impression that a "debt" had to be based on something received, not on something given. A little too abstract? Ok. "Money had and received" creates a debt. A promise given is enforceable under the UCC, but not "In Law." Yes, a pledge to give a gazillion bucks to your church is enforceable under the UCC, and some have actually done just that. An aside here is that most "churches" tiday aren't. What they are is corporations doing business as a church, fully licensed by the State as a not for profit corporation. What has Adonai YaHWeH Elohim got to do with anything?
On that note, we'll close our face and wish you all the best. Sorry there is no pat answer available here, but just wanted to pose some food for thought.
