Pretty well put, but don't you think you should have mentioned the part about how these statutes have to be read from the highest number to the lowest - through the looking glass? And what about the perjury of Oath and the various thingies in 28 and 18 USC? We don't really recommend trying to teach Dave's course on the internet. It's too much like trying to teach calculus to one who hasn't completed algebra 101. Nicely said though. Your format was gorgeous.
