We recently came accross a couple of websites that may shed some much needed light on the tax problem. The firs is oriented to knowledge, but is severely restricted in offering any practical solution. Nonetheless, the seventy pages of info in that one document is well worth the reading before proceeding on the second site which is solution oriented.
