too soon. Yes, individual CAN BE an ADJECTIVE. But like
so many of our words in the English language, it
CAN ALSO BE a NOUN.
Whether or not it is an adjective or a noun is determined
by its usage.
It is clear by the context and gramatical construction
of Two Cities' comment that as he used it, the word is
a noun.
