Hi Brina. Hi Jim,
For starters, if you have access to a Law Library, you might start looking at the umpteen volumes of Benedict On Admiralty. Vol. 2 is especially interesting in that it has the stuff on liens, etc. Good for those who are in scraps with the Bureau of Internal Revenue of Puerto Rico Trust #62.
There is also a goodly amount of stuff located on the "Another Conspiracy Page" links which is located at http://www.iahushua.com/ . You good solid Christian types will like this site for other reasons as well.
Have either of you tried just looking up "Admiralty" on a web search? I haven't yet, but just thought I'd ask. There's a lot of law on various sites around the web. I'm sure someone other than us "Wackos" has something there. As to the So-called Admiralty law in the courts, I'm not so sure. The California Superior Court system flies the presidential executive flag in the position of honor - the U.S. flag has the Presidiential Gold Eagle as the finial. The U.S. State of California flag is a courts martial flag as told by the spear finial on the standard. Want a fair trial or a fighting chance? Ask the court which part of the manual for courts martial you should be studying to prepare your defense.
Don't these ministerial officers (wannabe judges) look just grand with purple necks?
