FORMAL DEMAND FOR SPECIFIC
PERFORMANCE
Your specific compliance with
the latter Public Records Request dated 1/29/2020 must occur
no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, June 19, 2020 A.D. -- one week
from today (6/12/2020).
NOTICE OF REASONABLE DEADLINE

Beyond that reasonable deadline,
your silence will activate estoppel,
pursuant to Carmine v. Bowen,

pursuant to U.S. v. Tweel (silence can be equated with fraud
where there is a legal or moral
duty to speak, or where
an inquiry left unanswered would be intentionally
misleading).
Thank you for your timely
cooperation in this long PAST DUE
matter.
