TO:  Whom It May Concern

This morning (4/10/2018), I visited the Clerk's Office of the

Douglas County Circuit Court in Roseburg, Oregon.

There, I accessed the docket computer

that is available to the public.

Using that method, I browsed the docket entries in civil case #17CV34310

and located an electronic document which appeared to show the
work email address for Jessica Hansen.

After returning to my private office workstation, I did a routine search

of my Gmail account.  The results of that routine search are shown

here, in a "screen shot" that has been cropped for privacy reasons:

This search result also conforms to my memory on this point:

I do not recall ever having transmitted any email correspondence

to Jessica Hansen's work email address;  and,
I do not recall ever having received any email correspondence

from Jessica Hansen's work email address.

And, that routine search also failed to locate any other email messages

in which Jessica Hansen's work email address was displayed

in a Cc: or Bcc: list.

And, I also have no recollection of ever having deleted

any such email messages from my Gmail account.

I am competent and willing to testify concerning the facts as stated above,

notwithstanding the ridiculous and defamatory statements that have now

turned up during my ongoing investigation of the "smear campaign"

against my good name and reputation, which smear campaign
continues to persist, both on and off the Internet.

p.s.  The following DEMAND FOR RETRACTION is now IN DEFAULT:

I realize it may be difficult for some recipients of this PUBLIC NOTICE,

but please try to be ethical.

Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S.
