Please be advised that insurance coverage, if any, available under the Everest insurance policy for wrongful acts such as you allege would be contingent upon satisfaction of a self-insured retention. The retention has not been satisfied in this matter. At the present time, therefore, we have no basis to consider paying any part of your claim.
