Greetings Patricia Hitt:

 

My office has recently received a copy of an unsigned report evidently

prepared by one "Jill Goldsmith, Esquire" [sic] at Workplace Solutions NW,

dated April 17, 2017.

 

A footnote in the latter Report makes the following statement:

"It is true that [Jessica] Hansen only recently completed

an oath of office."

 

An independent source has informed me privately that

"Ms. Hansen did not have the required Oath of Office

on file with the County Clerk ... until February 16, 2017."

 

In order to expedite matters, would you kindly confirm

as soon as possible via email, the date on which Ms. Hansen

executed the oath that is now recorded in your Office?

 

Under authority of the Federal Civil RICO statute at 18 U.S.C. 1964

and the standing decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in Rotella v. Wood,

we also request hereby that you take appropriate steps to sequester

the recorded oath of office for purposes of securing material evidence

in a racketeering investigation.
