agreement ("IGA") between the Superior Court of Pima County and
the City of Tucson, which IGA was Resolution #15917 dated January
13, 1992, and titled:
THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF TUCSON AND PIMA COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT
FOR THE PROVISION OF CITY COURT ADMINISTRATION
Verbal request for this document was first made of the Superior
Court on March 14, 1996. Verbal notification was given to the
Clerk representing the Board of Supervisors that there was no
such document.
I respectfully demand production of the above named document, and
delivery of same to the location shown above via first class U.S.
Mail, NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M. ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 24, 1997 (one
week hence).
Your cooperation and obedience to the Law will be most
appreciated.

Sir, you are in default.
On March 18, 1996, I personally served on you, via Certified U.S.
Mail serial number P-476-352-728, a formal NOTICE AND DEMAND FOR
PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS. The document which I demanded of you
was the following:
THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF TUCSON AND PIMA COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT
FOR THE PROVISION OF CITY COURT ADMINISTRATION
A copy of my NOTICE AND DEMAND to you is attached, for your
information. This NOTICE AND DEMAND required that you produce
