of the  original Manufacturer's Statement of Origin ("MSO"), also
known as  the Manufacturer's  Certificate of  Origin, for My 1978
model year  Datsun  280-Z,  bearing  the  chassis  serial  number
#xxxxx-xxxxxx, and to do so by delivering same to the Post Office
location shown below, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December
5, 1997.   If  you need  more time to satisfy this DEMAND, please
request a  reasonable extension  of the  deadline above, and your
request for a reasonable extension will be graciously granted.
