Greetings U.S. Representative Val Hoyle:

I decline to enter a SSN into your on-line intake form.

Federal Government computer systems are NOT secure.

See Public Law 93-579 and 42 U.S.C. 408(a)(8) (felony):

If you cannot or will not help to confront "class discrimination"

in all Federal and 50 State voter eligibility statutes, then please

refer this REQUEST to the U.S. Department of Justice,

Civil Rights Division (re: voting rights).

Thank you for your kind assistance in the past.

Greetings Election Assistance Commission:

The Federal Election Commission ("FEC")

never responded to our good faith Complaint

now archived on the Internet here:

Their total silence bordered on an unnecessary insult,

chiefly because of all of the work we have done

on the correct historical and legal meaning of

State Citizenship in the USA.

Can you please reply with a prompt decision whether or not

your Commission can exercise proper administrative jurisdiction

of our Complaint to that FEC above?

At this late date, there really should be no more debate

about the case law which clearly upheld two (2) classes

of citizenship in America presently, not one (1) class.

Thank you for your timely consideration.

we intend to add hyper-links, time permitting:

Thank you very much for your timely professional

consideration in this matter.

COMPLAINT OF CLASS DISCRIMINATION IN VOTER ELIGIBILITY LAWS

TO:

U.S. Election Assistance Commission  @EACgov
Attention:  Donald L. Palmer, Commissioner  @VotingGuy
633 - 3rd Street N.W., Suite 200

Greetings Commissioner Palmer et al.:

The United States ex rel. briefly introduces here
a formal COMPLAINT of "
class discrimination" against State Citizens
in many State voter eligibility laws, e.g.:

http://supremelaw.org/cc/gilberts/opening.htm#topic-b

Please incorporate herein the following case law which correctly held that
we presently have two (2) classes of citizenship in America, not one (1) class:

http://supremelaw.org/rsrc/twoclass.htm

Note well:  a "citizen of the United States" is a citizen of the federal government

Kitchens v. Steele, 112 F.Supp. 383 (USDC/WDMO 1953)

Jones v. Temmer, 829 F.Supp. 1226 (USDC/DCO 1993)
