I was given your business card today by Bernie, office supervisor
at The  Letter Box,  2509 North  Campbell Avenue, Tucson, Arizona
state.

For your  additional information,  I have  provided a copy of the
formal Judicial  Complaint form  which I  recently filed  against
United States District Judge John M. Roll.

I respectfully request that a formal investigation begin into the
evidence I  have assembled,  showing 28  counts of mail fraud, 28
counts of  jury tampering,  28 counts  of obstruction of justice,
and 28 counts of conspiracy each to commit all of the above, by a
conspiracy of  federal employees  including, but  not limited to,
John M.  Roll, Janet  Napolitano, Robert  L. Miskell,  Robert  A.
Johnson, Richard  H. Weare,  and William  M. McCool, all employed
either in the Department of Justice or the United States District
Court in Arizona state.

If I  can be  of any additional assistance to you in this matter,
please don't hesitate to contact me at once.
