NOTICE
This is to inform you that the FOIA Appeal deadline for the
production of a certified copy of the oath of office by John M.
Roll has now passed. Formal Notice is hereby provided to you
that, pursuant to Public Law 94-412, 90 Stat. 1255 (1976), the
state of national emergency has been officially terminated by the
United States Congress. Accordingly, any and all authorities
which might have permitted Civil Courts of Summary Jurisdiction
("Star Chambers") to exist in American federal courts were also
effectively terminated by said Public Law. See 42 U.S.C. 1986.
DEMAND
Accordingly, formal demand is hereby made of you to produce
a certified copy of the oath of office of John M. Roll, to enter
said certified copy into the official record In re: Grand Jury
Subpoena Served on New Life Health Center, U.S.D.C. #GJ-95-1-6,
Tucson, and also to serve said certified copy upon Me by placing
it in first class United States mail, with postage prepaid and
properly directed to Me at the mailing location shown above.
DEADLINE
Because the existence (or absence) of an oath of office goes
to the authority (or lack of authority) of anyone who claims to
be an employee of the United States, particularly if the office
in question is one which is delegated judicial authority, and
because I have already placed one John M. Roll on notice of My
present need for a certified copy of his oath of office, you now
have at most seventy-two (72) hours to satisfy the DEMAND as
stated above, beginning on the day on which you receive this
FINAL NOTICE AND DEMAND. Thank you for your cooperation.
