COMES NOW  the Accused,  Janet Mary, Wallen, Sui Juris, a Citizen

of Arizona  state,  appearing  not  generally  but  specially  In

Propria Persona, to give lawful Notice to this honorable Court of

Her decision to withdraw the plea of "NOT GUILTY".

     This  plea  was  entered  against  Her  will  and  over  Her

objections on  the  Pima  County  form  entitled  "CONDITIONS  OF

RELEASE ORDER",  which is  attached as  Exhibit "A"  (hereinafter

"RELEASE ORDER").

     This Court will please take formal judicial Notice that said

RELEASE ORDER  clearly indicates  that the  Accused  "Refused  to

sign", below  the line  which states,  "I Promise  to  appear  as

required."  See Exhibit "A".

     Moreover,  said   RELEASE  ORDER   contains  the  false  and

misrepresentative statement  that "DEFENDANT  ENTERS PLEA  OF NOT

GUILTY".   This latter  statement is  a fraud upon this honorable

Court, because  at no  time did  the Accused  ever enter any plea

whatsoever in the above entitled matter.

     I hereby  certify, under  penalty of perjury, under the laws

of the United States of America and under the laws of the Arizona

Republic, without  the "United States", that the above statements

are true  and correct,  to the  best of  my current  information,

knowledge, and belief, per 28 U.S.C. 1746(1).
