Copies of the above-mentioned FOIA requests, and of the letter from Defendant's Counsel to William D. Browning, are attached and incorporated by reference as if set forth fully herein. See attached. Allowing for weekends and an extra day of grace, the deadlines for responses to said FOIA requests will fall on Monday, August 12, 1996.
