REPORTING OBJECTIONS AND PROBABLE CAUSE:  18 U.S.C. 4 (Misprision of felony)

Greetings Douglas R. Hibbard, Chief, Initial Request Staff:

Thank you for your email reply to our PAST DUE FOIA Request

for all 4 credentials required of all 9 x S.Ct. Justices

(total of 36 discrete credentials).

Please understand that additional time will be needed

to scan and to incorporate all pages of your Reply

into the archives of The Credential Investigation here:

Meanwhile, we are responding with a partial list of OBJECTIONS

to OIP's PAST DUE reply to our most recent FOIA Request,

for reasons including but not limited to the following

enumerated points:

(1)  U.S. DOJ is the legal custodian of PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSIONS,

designated as such by the Act of Congress at 5 U.S.C. 2902(c);

your reply errs by misrepresenting that law and falsely claiming:

"DOJ is not the official repository":

(2)  the Court (Clerk) is the legal custodian of APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS,

designated as such by the Act of Congress at 5 U.S.C. 2906;

your reply errs by misrepresenting that law and falsely claiming:

"AOUSC maintains personnel files of all federal judges":

(3)  furthermore, that AOUSC was served several years ago

with a PROPER SUBPOENA IN A CIVIL CASE, and

not even one (1) credential was disclosed by that AOUSC:

(4)  on the merits, applicable Federal laws require four (4)

discrete credentials for all Federal Judges and Justices:

9 x 4  =  36 discrete credentials should have been disclosed;

(5)  your cover letter and .pdf attachments only disclosed

thirteen (13) discrete credentials, and some of the OATHS

were duplicated i.e. administered by 2 different S.Ct. personnel;

(6)  for Neil M. Gorsuch, 2 x OATHS and 1 x APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS

were disclosed;  no SENATE CONFIRMATION was disclosed;

no PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION was disclosed;

Gorsuch's APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS are a known COUNTERFEIT credential

(e.g. no OMB control number etc.)

see:

(7)  for Elena Kagan, 1 x OATH and 1 x APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS

were disclosed;  no SENATE CONFIRMATION was disclosed;

no PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION was disclosed;

Kagan's APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS are a known COUNTERFEIT credential

(e.g. no OMB control number etc.)

see:

(8)  for Brett M. Kavanaugh, 2 x OATHS and 1 x APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS

were disclosed;  no SENATE CONFIRMATION was disclosed;

no PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION was disclosed;

Kavanaugh's APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS are a known COUNTERFEIT credential

(e.g. no OMB control number etc.)

see:

(9)  for Ketanji Brown Jackson, 2 x OATHS and 1 x APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS

were disclosed;  no SENATE CONFIRMATION was disclosed;

no PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION was disclosed;

Jackson's APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS are a known COUNTERFEIT credential

(e.g. no OMB control number etc.)

see:

(10)  for Sonia Sotomayor, 1 x OATH and 1 x APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS

were disclosed;  no SENATE CONFIRMATION was disclosed;

no PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION was disclosed;

Sotomayor's APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS are a known COUNTERFEIT credential

(e.g. no OMB control number etc.)

see:

(11)  for John G. Roberts, Jr., no credentials were disclosed whatsoever;

see also:

(12)  for Clarence Thomas, no credentials were disclosed whatsoever;

see also:

(13)  for Samuel A. Alito, Jr., no credentials were disclosed whatsoever;

see also:

(14)  for Amy Coney Barrett, no credentials were disclosed whatsoever;

see also:

In the absence of any further supplements, the latter due diligence fully supports

our legal conclusion that there is presently no legal quorum at the U.S. Supreme Court

as required by the Act of Congress at 28 U.S.C. 1.

If you need more time to find and forward all of the missing credentials,

please give us a reasonable estimate of the extra time you will need to do so.

The legal significance of so many missing and/or defective credentials

should be self-evident to all personnel presently employed by the

U.S. Department of Justice e.g. see the maxim "ignorance of the law

is no excuse for violating the law".

Absent more credentials, we have every reason to lodge a proper and timely

VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT, ON INFORMATION,

formally charging the named suspects with multiple FELONY Federal offenses.

See e.g. 18 U.S.C. 912 (impersonating an officer of the United States).

We proceed on the basis of the Act of Congress at 18 U.S.C. 4,

which creates a legal obligation to report same to an officer

in the civil or military authority of the United States (Federal Government).

Thank you for your continuing professional consideration in this matter.
