Subject: SLS: The Kick-Back Racket

We were poised to subpoena the White House,
for testimony under oath concerning the
kickbacks, and probable cause to charge
Clinton et al. with multiple counts of
violating 41 U.S.C. 51 et seq., the 
Anti-Kickback Act of 1986;  but, the
case was scuttled by unseen forces.

For the whole story, see USA v. Looker
in the Supreme Law Library, at the URL
just below my name here.  His case was
particularly bad, because there were
four (4) separate indictments:  4 x $35,000
equals $140,000 on that one case!  (??)
