Hi Ken,

Yes, I am feeling a little better, but
this darn cough is lingering on, much too long.

31 CFR 51.2 and 52.2 are proof positive of
a de jure  government ("state," "governor") and
a de facto government ("State," "Governor").

Several researchers, using some of the insight
from "The Federal Zone," are now establishing
that the corporate State governments are operating
under federal municipal authority, as if the
corporate States were federal territories.  This is
a massive government fraud we are cracking here,
and some of the proof was in these regulations.

Now, Clinton has ordered the evidence removed from
the federal depositories;  this is very serious,
because it is tampering with evidence, and that
is obstruction of justice.  The Federal Register
Act is being violated, big time.

Please let me know immediately if you put your
hands on a hard copy of these regs!
