Dear Friends,
I don't know about any of you (except David Dodge),
but I have witnessed a certified copy of the
13th Amendment, as supplied by the Colorado Records
Custodian. The historical evidence is very real,
you can be sure of that! I also have a copy of the
Constitution circa 1815, published in 1989 by
Wm. W. Gaunt & Sons, Inc., Holmes Beach, Florida.
It also have the original 13th amendment, and it is
the last amendment listed, as of 1815! The margin
notes read:
"Citizenship forfeited by the acceptance, from a
foreign power, of any title of nobility, office
of emolument of any kind &c."
/s/ Paul Mitchell
