17,000 documents, to be exact.
I have told others that

See Appendix J in "The Federal Zone,"
which contains a computer analysis
summarizing the evidence.

Somebody has posted a bootleg copy of
The Federal Zone on the Internet.

Hi Rob,
In December of 1992, the People of the
California Republic sued Senator-elect
Barbara Boxer in the California Supreme
Court for a Peremptory Writ of Mandamus
to compel her to witness the evidence
which has been amassed against the
so-called 16th Amendment. Boxer fell
totally silent, activating estoppel
by acquiescence, pursuant to Carmine v.
Bowen, 64 A. 932 (1906). Her silence
was also a fraud, pursuant to U.S. v.
Tweel, 559 F.2d 297, 299 (1977), because
she had a legal and a moral duty to speak,
by virtue of her solemn oath of office
(which is a matter of record in the
House Congressional Record). The evidence
is currently in the possession and/or control
of Martin J. "Red" Beckman, of Billings,
Montana state, and Bill Benson, of Illinois
state, co-authors of "The Law That Never Was,"
volumes I and II. My photocopies were destroyed
in a heavy rain storm, which caused my documents
to become rain-soaked.
I hope this helps.
