This is a friendly request to all programmers
to eliminate the addition of "Re:" to the contents
of all subject fields in email software and 
mail server programs.  The term "Subject:" is
quite sufficient to identify the contents of
this character field;  we don't need any redundant
characters to clutter this column of text.
