Jackie,
I do not know the exact significance
of the gold eagle and gold ball,
atop flag poles. I suspect that it
has something to do with the people
who designed the D.C. beltway to look
like the head of a goat, and they planned
the city's layout to conform to some occult
symbolisms. I can put you in touch with
the experts on this subject. It makes
me sick, to tell you the truth, so I don't
even dabble in it.
