SUBJECT:   Mitchell v. AOL Time Warner, Inc. et al.

           #CIV. S-01-1480 WBS DAD PS

It has come to My attention recently that I have filed certain documents without sending duplicate copies to you.

Please excuse My busy oversight in this regard.

Given the enormous setback I suffered when I was the victim of an attempted assault last November 6, necessitating that I vacate the offices of CERF on very short notice, for a hotel room, I am just now getting all of My paperwork properly re-organized.

I will endeavor to re-transmit in duplicate all one-copy documents that I previously mailed to you.  Fortunately, I do not believe there are more than a half dozen of these exceptions.

Thank you.

Sincerely yours,

/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
